Welcome our New Director to our Team!!

Please welcome Lindsey Petasek to our Hope House team as our new Executive Director!  Her first day will be June 11th! Check out a few words she shared with you to introduce herself:

Hello!  I am honored and humbled to introduce myself as the new Executive Director.  I began my journey in the nonprofit sector, over ten years ago at the Boys & Girls Club while I was in college.  Since then, I have held various positions in local Boys & Girls Clubs, Girl Scouts and the Green Bay Area Public Schools. These experiences have provided me with skills in diversity/inclusion, program and grant management but more importantly, they have shaped me to be a fiercely passionate advocate and leader for the community around me. Therefore, I could not be more excited to continue the mission of Hope House as we learn and grow together as a team of staff, volunteers and community partners! My husband is a high school counselor and we reside in Green Bay where we will close on our first home this summer next to Lambeau Field.  I enjoy being active in the outdoors, cooking and traveling. I look forward to meeting you all as we continue to fulfill the mission of Hope House!”

2017 Non-Profit Organization of the Year

Hope House wanted to take this opportunity to share that we were nominated and WON 2017 non-profit of the year award through the Chamber of Manitowoc County. We would like to thank all of YOU. Hope House could not function without all of the help of our amazing volunteers, donors, board members, and staff. It is truly amazing to see a community come together to help our Homeless population in Manitowoc County. In 2017 we helped 73 (38 adults and 35 children) people and provided 2,180 bed nights! This would not be possible without all of you! Thank you!!
